I enclose copies of correspondence with the Board of Trade concerning a Mr. and Mrs. A. Allison and a Mr. and Mrs. R. Ogden, formerly of Hong Kong and now permanently resident in Australia, and shall be grateful to learn whether any assistance can be rendered these persons from Hɔng Kong funds,
2. If Mr. Allison would not qualify for any assistance which you would be able to provide, would you feel any objection to causing his circumstances to be notified to the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation ?
